Glyn Jones
Founder, CEO, and Chair of Risk Committee

Glyn founded Icebreaker Finance in 2022, with an ambition to leverage blockchain technology to improve the efficiency of capital markets. Before founding Icebreaker Finance, Glyn held senior roles in Institutional Banking in London, Singapore and Australia including as a Managing Director at Deutsche Bank. Glyn holds a Bachelor Commerce and Bachelor of Arts from University of New South Wales, a Masters in Finance from London Business School, and an Advanced Management Programme from the Booth School of the University of Chicago.

Michael Timpany
Commercial Director

Michael is an experienced structured asset finance professional with both Chartered Accountant and Legal qualifications. Michael has held senior roles with large international banks and worked in Sydney, London and New Zealand with experience across the full financing lifecycle. Michael holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Law from the University of Otago.

Glen Duley
Operations Director

Glen has spent most of his 15-year professional career structuring financing solutions for institutional clients building critical asset infrastructure.  Before joining Icebreaker Finance, Glen spent 10 years with ANZ’s Institutional Bank advising clients across the Asia Pacific region. Glen holds a Bachelor of Science from Auckland University, MBA from Macquarie University and is a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Rami Farah
Advisor and member of Risk Committee

A successful banker in derivative sales and structuring across asset classes with time spent at Barclays Capital, Lehman Brothers, and Nomura. Since leaving institutional banking, Rami has had a diverse career including CEO positions, board memberships at numerous businesses, and as Managing Director of an Investment Banking boutique.  Rami has a M.Engineering (Mechanical) from Imperial College London.
